RESEARCH: "Flower shape evolution: a phylogeograpical approach"
The main objectives of this PhD. project are the following:
1.-To know the partition of genetic variability and modelling mechanisms on natural populations of Erysimum mediohispanicum both north and south Iberian Peninsula.
2.-To study changes on ploidy level between those E. mediohispanicum populations.
3.-To infer history and colonization pathways of nevadense complex.
4.-To know the relationship between pollinators and both genetic structure and flower shape.
5.-To study importance (if any) of floral architecture on autogamy.
